If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wolica Academy, a company based in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Wolica Academy provides educational content and resources related to foreign exchange (Forex) trading, including but not limited to: - Online courses and instructional materials on trading strategies - Access to Expert Advisors (EAs) and automated trading bots - MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 integration tools - Market analysis content and educational signals - Community access and mentorship programs All content provided is for educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice.

IMPORTANT: Wolica Academy is an educational platform only. All content, including courses, trading bots, Expert Advisors, and any other materials, is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. Trading foreign currencies (Forex) involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should carefully consider whether trading is appropriate for you in light of your personal financial circumstances. Wolica Academy does not provide investment advice, financial advice, or brokerage services. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to: - Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration - Maintain the security of your password and account credentials - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account - Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account You may not share your account credentials with any third party. Each account is for individual use only.

Course fees and subscription prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with reasonable notice. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Refund eligibility: You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. After this window, no refunds will be issued except where required by applicable law. In jurisdictions that provide statutory refund rights (including Israel and EU member states), those rights shall apply in addition to and not in substitution of this policy.

All content on the Wolica Academy platform — including course materials, videos, text, graphics, Expert Advisors, trading bots, code, and brand assets — is owned by or licensed to Wolica Academy and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of our content without our prior written consent.

You agree not to: - Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws - Resell, sublicense, or redistribute any course materials or trading tools - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform - Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services - Use automated tools (other than those we provide) to scrape or download content - Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation - Share account credentials with others or allow others to use your account

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WOLICA ACADEMY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wolica Academy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other users or the platform. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@wolicaacademy.com. Termination of your account does not entitle you to a refund except as provided in our Refund Policy above.
